First I was told to try running the remaining software from the cdc/delta box. So I installed the software and ran the sip connector application. I had the unit paired with an ipad mini, and when I connected the usb cable to the unit on the ipad the ipad lit up the r/w light on the remote, however it did not record anything. Afraid there's not a whole lot I can help you with, as I don't have the unit (and I'd need the serial number to that unit to help troubleshoot) - maybe the tech people on the behringer forum could chime in.
However, I did try to run the software on my new laptop and it recognised it but it said "will not load firmware." So I tried the same thing but with the main box from the remote, just to see if I was doing everything step by step correctly, as there seemed to be some confusion in the preliminary instructions. At any rate, I loaded the first set of software on the main remotes box and the app went fine. So I tried the next one and it ran the second, but no record, so I tried the second set on my new laptop and it just said:
at which point I tried it on the old laptop again, but it ignored the remote and just went straight to the master devices list. I can't link to the remote because the unit is on it's belly, and its actually the netbook I have at the moment. It was the only one available to hand as it was in a messy state when I got it. The main box was sitting alone in the living room with most of the feelers that came with it, and I could only get any leads I could to the main box. so I'm not really doing anything other than trying to give you a way to troubleshoot even though I'm sure I've not done it 100% correctly.
