In the Netflix series, this song is the bookend to season 1, sung by all the main cast at the conclusion of The Miserable Mill: Part Two, the season finale. The reprise acts as a bookend to Lemony Snicket's chronicled tales of the Baudelaires, sung at the conclusion of The Penultimate Peril: Part Two. The photos include Count Olaf's henchpeople, Aunt Josephine talking to Captain Sham, the development of the Sugar Bowl, Madame Lulu, everyone that have perished whether at the Hotel Denouement, the Lake Lachrymose, Paltryville or other places, and the freaks.
Right at the end of the season, Wilhelm breaks the fourth wall and looks directly at the camera. This comes off the back of his meeting with Simon and in the car driving away. It feels like a significant moment where Wilhelm is aware of the public spotlight and remains dead-set on changing his life.
Of course, many fans are clamouring for more, particularly after that one season 3 scene set up the post-credits life of Ryan (Rhys Connah) - but there most definitely isn't a Happy Valley season 4 on the cards.
At the same time, Tommy is being moved by Darius's brother Zeljko (Greg Kolpakchi), but he isn't happy about not knowing where he's going and if he'll see Darius. It's not part of the plan and angers him so much that he manages to kill Marco and Viktor all from the backseat of the car that Zeljko is driving.
It leads to Catherine finally having one final comforting chin-wag scene with Clare over a cup of tea. But while previous seasons have seen them perched on a stoop together, gossiping and laughing, this one is different. In the conversation, Catherine admits that she shouldn't have been frightened of Ryan meeting Tommy.
\"Maybe I should've had more faith in him not to be taken in by him,\" she says. \"I suppose I was just frightened he'd be like him, that he'd turn out like him. But he's just not, is he For all his faults, he's just a happy, well adjusted, pretty flipping normal kid.\"
Instead of sending her home, he drops her into What If Episode 3, (aka, the one where Hank Pym wipes out all the Avengers). She arrives on a helicarrier where Nick Fury, Captain Marvel, and Captain America are struggling to fight against Loki and his Asgardian army and quickly joins the fray, happy to be back among any version of the Avengers.
Though, one has to wonder how this kind of ending was ever in the cards when they knew that they'd be introducing Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror. It's hard to see any version of the story with the big bad's intro also having Loki ride off into the Multiversal sunset.
Fans of the Fox comedy series New Girl know that the show would be nothing without its stellar line-up of characters. For its seven-season run, the sitcom spotlighted a rotating cast featuring stars like Megan Fox, Linda Cardellini and Dermot Mulroney, among many others. Still, the most beloved recurring actor on the series was part of New Girl's original cast from the first episode in 2011, but didn't appear on the show until much later.

\"He made you believe that you needed to be without fault in order to be loved, but he was wrong,\" she told her husband at the Hastings ball during the finale. \"I am tired of pretending. And I cannot keep acting as if I do not love you.\"
As her husband, King George III, received treatment for his declining health, Queen Charlotte (Golda Rosheuvel) occupied herself with social events, finding amusement in predicting the season's matches and observing the spectacle around her.
\"There is no ending in sight for this author, who recently became aware of a scheme to unmask her by one worthy opponent indeed,\" she wrote, continuing, \"Perhaps I will come forward one day. Though you must know, dear reader, that decision shall be left entirely up to me.\"
Later in the season, Marina received a visit from George's brother, Sir Phillip Crane. He broke the news that George did respond to her letters, asking to run away to raise their child, before he died at war.
An aspiring artist newly exposed to London's burgeoning creative community, Benedict met Genevieve at a party in episode five. They sparked a passionate, hushed affair for the remainder of the season.
Daphne may have gotten upset with her mother, Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell), for not better preparing her for the intricacies of marriage in episode seven, but the mother-daughter duo closed out the season as close as ever.
Hospital Playlist season 2 ended on a bittersweet note on Thursday night. Through the 12-episode season, fans witnessed the lead characters - played by Jo Jung-suk, Jung Kyung-ho, Yoo Yeon-seok, Jeon Mi-do and Kim Dae-myung - go through ups and downs before getting happy resolutions.
When the season began, fans wondered if Yang Seok-hyung (Kim Dae-myung) would reunite with his ex-wife after he received a call from her in the first season's finale. However, as the second season proceeded, not only did Yang Seok-hyung and Chu Min-ha grow closer but they also ended up dating. In the finale, the couple had their first kiss under the starry sky.
While fans were heartbroken after Ahn Jeong-won (Yoo Yeon-seok) couldn't propose to Jang Gyeo-ul (Shin Hyun-been) in the second season, the show left fans celebrating when Jang Gyeo-ul informed him that her mother wants to meet him in the finale episode. If that wasn't enough, Ahn Jeong-won also informed his friends that the couple was headed to the US to pursue higher studies.
After almost two decades, Lee Ik-jun (Jo Jung-suk) confessed his love for Chae Song-hwa (Jeon Mi-do) last season. While the second season started off with Chae Song-hwa not reciprocating his feelings, it ended with her confessing her love in the penultimate episode. The finale featured a few sweet moments between the couple, including Lee Ik-jun requesting Chae Song-hwa to feed him like couples do and also spending the weekend camping together.
In the moments leading up the ending of the show, the group gathered for a jam session. While Ahn Jeong-won informed them about his move to the US, they assured each other that they would do a couple of more musical sessions before he leaves. However, Lee Ik-jun, seemingly addressing fan speculation, confessed it felt like that night would be their last jam session, pulling the plug on the possibilities of a third season.
From being known as the cold-hearted Professor to constantly being worried for Do Jae-hak (Jung Moon-sung), Kim Jun-wan (Jung Kyung-ho) has come a long way in the two seasons. The scenes featuring Kim Jun-wan consoling Do Jae-hak left fans teary-eyed.
Kim Jun-wan reunites with Lee Ik-sun in Hospital Playlist season 2 episode 12.While these moments stood out, fans felt several questions about the show remained unanswered. A few questions revolved around Ahn Jeong-won's proposal to Jang Gyeo-ul, Lee Ik-jun's son Lee Woo-joo's reaction to him dating Chae Song-hwa and the mystery behind Lee Ik-jun's trip to Hawaii, among many others.
Happy Endings isn't the only great show leaving Netflix in May, either. All six seasons of Downton Abbey, the beloved British period drama, are expiring less than two weeks after the release of Downton Abbey: A New Beginning, the latest Downton Abbey movie.
This crime thriller has been one of my go-to picks for hidden gems on Netflix for a long time, but I'll have to find a new one to recommend, because Shot Caller is leaving. This 2017 indie stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, putting a break between Game of Thrones seasons to good use, as a stockbroker who accidentally kills his friend in a drunk driving crash. He gets sent to California state prison, and in order to survive, he joins a violent gang and becomes a hardened criminal. It's an authentically gritty movie with a great performance from Coster-Waldau.
Everyone who watches this sprawling historical drama set in England in the 1910s and '20s loves it, even if they're generally not into this sort of thing. If you haven't experienced it yourself, you have about a month to find out what all the fuss is about. That's enough time to binge all six seasons before the new sequel movie Downton Abbey: A New Era hits theaters on May 18. The good news is that even though Downton Abbey is leaving Netflix, it's still available to stream many other places, most notably on Peacock, which also has the first Downton Abbey movie available to stream.
At Lux, Lucifer is drinking, staggered by Dan's murder, and the fact he couldn't get enough support to get elected God. Hearing his piano being played off-key, Lucifer finds Michael at it. Furious, Lucifer gets a choke hold on his brother, but Michael suggests no fighting to avoid killing the fragile humans in the room. Lucifer backs down with difficulty. Michael says he comes with an olive branch, He offers Lucifer control of Hell without any interference; while Michael gets Heaven. Lucifer laughs in his face, he had been there and done that. Michael reveals he ordered Dan's death to make Chloe feel guilty; so she will go to Hell upon dying, \"Brother, I am offering you a chance at a happy ending. I hope you take it.\" Michael tells Lucifer the vote will be tomorrow on Earth; since Lucifer will be incinerated if he goes to Heaven because of his banishment. 59ce067264
